*We may refuse service if your dog shows signs of agression or extreme difficulty to work with. We will always try to do our job first and this would be our last resort.
*When the dogs coat it's extremely matted we will proceed to shave, it's less painful for the dog and allows the pet parent to maintain it moving forward.
